Omni is customizable. Finishes range from affordable to high-end using Suofeiya Interiors and SeaTop’s design services.

Clients can view 3D renderings before fabrication and receive a turnkey product with all finishes pre-installed.

Designed for cold climates and heavy snow loads, offering improved drainage and increased structural strength. 

All roof systems use the same modular structural interface and can be selected prior to shipping to match site conditions or design preferences.

SeaTop Platform Integration

Omni units can be combined with the SeaTop Platform System to achieve full flood resistance, lift up, lower down, and rotate 360°, offering a level of protection and flexibility unmatched in modular housing.

When installed on the SeaTop Platform, Omni units can be placed:

  • Above flood levels in coastal or riverfront areas

  • Directly over lakes or wetlands

  • On sloped or uneven terrain

  • As elevated floating or rotating homes

The integration with the SeaTop Platform transforms Omni from a ground-based structure into a fully adaptive elevated housing system, ideal for waterfront resorts, over-water cabins, or flood-prone developments.
