The Pillar House is SeaTop's worldwide-patented elevated design, currently at the engineering stage with our first one in development in Naples, so we are taking West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County sites on a project-by-project basis, including coastal, canal-front, and flood-prone lots. They are designed for exactly that: the adjustable pillar is intended to lift the living space above the base flood elevation, so storm surge and rising water pass underneath. Whether it suits a specific lot depends on the flood zone, the elevation, and local permitting, which is what a site-specific review determines.

The design targets 185 mph winds and marine-grade conditions for South Florida's hurricane exposure. Final ratings are confirmed per project through engineering and permitting.

Units are designed to be manufactured off-site and ship complete, so on-site installation is intended to be quick once the site is prepared. We do not quote a schedule until the design, engineering, and permitting for your specific site are settled. Our steel modular homes, which we install today, typically complete in 6–12 weeks.
