The challenge
A Gulf Coast parcel exposed to storm surge and flooding, where conventional ground-level homes carry real risk and high long-term cost.
Our approach
SeaTop is engineering its first Pillar House, elevated on a single adjustable pillar that lifts the living space above flood levels, alongside steel modular homes, which we build off-site and install in weeks. Both are engineered in-house to the Florida Building Code.
The outcome
The project that will put SeaTop’s patented Pillar system on the ground for the first time, alongside the modular homes we already install: resilient, fast to deliver, and designed for the way South Florida actually floods.
