What this scope is, and isn’t
This tool writes a starting scope of work, not a proposal, quote, or engineering opinion. It carries no fee and no schedule: both are confirmed only after a SeaTop engineer has read the project, and any schedule remains subject to engineering and permitting. Nothing here is a commitment that a design will be approved — what a jurisdiction permits, what density or septic footprint a site supports, and what a reviewer requires are subject to jurisdiction and a site-specific review. Where a jurisdiction requires a licensed professional of record, that is confirmed on the first review. Structures are wind-engineered and elevated by design, never hurricane-proof, and any effect on a flood-insurance premium depends on your policy, insurer, and final elevation certificate.
